We have a team that only maintains residential properties allowing you to get to know your crew on a first name basis and feel comfortable when talking to them.

AAA offers our residential customers:

complete landscaping
planting of trees, shrubs, flowers, and other ornamental plants
mulching
sod installation
irrigation system installation & maintenance
design and installation of retaining walls, stone walkways, patios, and low voltage landscape lighting systems

We also provide a full residential maintenance annual contract program including:

weekly mowing which includes mowing, weed eating, edging of side walks and curbs, and blowing off grass clippings
landscape beds are checked for weeds
shrubs trimmed twice a year
mulching and weed control spraying in the spring
application of fertilizer 3 times a year to keep the grass green
aeration and over seeding in the fall to stimulate new growth
leaf removal as leaves begin to fall from the trees
AAA offers property checks when you are out of town or on vacation - we will walk around your home checking to insure that all windows and doors are secured and report anything out of the ordinary to the police

Chenault Home - We started from bare dirt and completely landscaped this recently built Hanover County home. Landscape beds were created and mulched. 20 trees, 200 shrubs and 300 ornamental perennials were planted. 46,000 square feet of sod was installed.
