Our maintenance programs are designed to meet your landscaping needs with a 12 month contract that allows you to budget the monthly service fee into your annual overhead.
Our full service landscaping maintenance program includes:
- weekly mowing which includes mowing, weed eating, edging of side walks and curbs, and blowing off grass clippings
- landscape beds are checked for weeds
- annual color for entrance way and building appearance
- shrub, plant, and tree replacement
- shrubs trimmed twice a year
- mulching and weed control spraying in the spring
- application of fertilizer 3 times a year to keep the grass green
- aeration and over seeding in the fall to stimulate new growth
- leaf removal as leaves begin to fall from the trees
- winter property inspections to maintain a clean look
A full service winter snow removal contract includes plowing the parking lots, sidewalk cleaning, and chemical applications to keep your property safe for customers, residents, or employees. |
